  1. Make "Umlaute" like ö, ü, ä "searchable"

    I realized that many of my contacts that contain Umlaute like "ä, ü, and ö" cannot be found thorugh the searchbar. They are shown and listed with the "ä, ü, and ö" - but they just don't show up in the search results. That is very bad for German users. I had to change some contacts to "ae instead of ä" and then the system found the contact. WEIRD!

  2. Streamline the tasks edit UI

    I spend a lot of time in tasks. I could get the same amount of work done in a lot less time with a couple UI tweaks:
    * One edit screen, not two: you have to click edit from the activities dashboard to view/edit a tasks, then click edit again from the task window to edit (other than adding a note). Each of the editable fields could just as easily be accessed from the first task screen.
    * Reuse info with "Complete and Create Another" Contact, Deals & Tags should all be duplicated in the new task.

  3. Sort Contacts by recent e-mails sent and/or received only

    It would be great to be able to get a list of all contacts we've contacted or have received e-mails from since the beginning of our business.

    Now we have "Saved Searches" with the following conditions:

    • Last Contacted by Team is less than 36 Months ago
    • E-mail is not empty

    although in the results of that search we have the contacts that have mentioned or contact though social media (twitter, fb etc).

    We want to know who did we send e-mails to/who sent us an e-mail only.

  4. Highrise BBC mail function

    If you send an normal email to a client and then place a special email in the mail (you get from Highrise) out in BCC the email will be put into the right place in the system, on this way you can use you own email program. Highrise find the "to field email" and secure the mail stored under the right account in your CRM. Perhaps this is a good idea?
    You actually get 5 different mails you can use in BCC one of them also book a reminder in the system 1 week after, another 2 weeks after like…

  5. Mass mail

    Today we can only email to 30 people, what about to get the possibility to mail to many more people, and also get the ability to place attachment.
    (I know the answer is "no" as many things are, but I would like to see what the users think) the external possibilities is again one more expenses, and this is after all a CRM system.

    Thank you for writing in today.

    Unfortunately, we don’t intend to turn Nimble into a program that can support mass email to large email lists because we send messages over users’ connected emails, and this is a different sending protocol than what’s used by companies like MailChimp.

    We also don’t see it as a strategic area of importance for Nimble right now, as we’re focused more on your personal business relationships.

    Either way, I appreciate your enthusiasm for Nimble, and hopefully, we’re providing added value for your business.

  7. Add an email address ping service that lets you know if the contact's email is valid

    The ability for Nimble to automatically check my contact's email/s through a ping process. This service exist today but it requires you to do them one at a time or by exporting your list and importing it and then manually going to each contact to delete the email addresses that are bad.

    Placing a warning indicator next to the email address and having somewhere on the dashboard that shows the number of bad email address would be great. You could click that and bring up the list of the contacts that have a bad address.

  9. Would be nice to be able to submit link to a contact's photo instead of having to upload it

    Currently we have to upload the pix from our computer. Would be nice to be able to submit link to a contact's photo instead of having to upload it.

  10. Make it easy to sort contacts by location.

    I travel frequently. It would be useful to be able to sort contacts according to location so that I know who to contact when I am in their area.

  11. Allow find/delete companies without any contacts

    We need to be able to search for companies that don't have any contacts, and then be able to mass delete those companies. Right now we can't do it, but we're paying for those contact records because they take up space in our account.

  12. phone

    When I initiate a phone call or text message from the Nimble iOS application, the call or text should be automatically logged in the Pending & History tab for the contact.

    Also, the contact's "Contacted # days ago" should be automatically updated to reflect the true value. At the moment, I have people I contacted by phone today and Nimble still thinks I contacted them weeks ago.

  13. Visibility of contacts and interaction in Facebook Groups

    Most of my interactions with people happens within Facebook Groups, rather than my own profile page or a group that I started. It would be great to see my groups, group contacts, and group interactions within nimble.

    Personally, I am far more active with my fellow Group members than I am with any of my direct twitter members.

    At the very least, this should be available for group admins, just like FB Pages, if not for all group members.

  14. Have the abilty to access the basic programme offline. I travel and need access to contacts and info offline or where I can not get a signal

    I think it would be really useful to be able to export the data or back-up into excel (?) so that at least I can be upto speed off line as well as online. I travel a lot and it is not always convenient to get online

  15. Allow anyone to move deals in pipeline view

    A user should be able to move any deal card in the pipeline view to a new column.

    This feature would allow for the deal pipeline to be used in group update meetings where one user is controlling the interface while others provide updates. Currently. multiple people need to be logged in and editing their own deals.

    In addition, there is no indication of deal owner in the pipeline view, so cards appear to be arbitrarily 'fixed' to a specific column, which is a confusing UX.

  16. Create a way to turn off deals.

    I don't directly sell anything, I'm more interested in CRM and relationship management. I can ignore the whole deal component, but it'd be nice to turn it off.

  17. I would like to have notes visible in Deals in Pipeline and List views

    Having notes visible in Pipeline and List views will help me see my Next Action notes or any other important information that needs to be top of mind

  18. offer relationship/friendship rating

    Nimble could rate your friendship (probably based on actual frequency of contact, proposed/set frequency of contact, friendship status - i.e. whether it is classified as 'close friend', 'acquaintance', friends or tags in common).
    The relationship could be rated out of a number (10 or 100) or colour coded - red for when you are losing contact or need to improve the relationship, amber, green etc.

  19. Make adding info to data fields easier

    I have discovered how useful Data fields are in terms of working process, have I sent info to this person or not.
    We use them to easily create a workflow.

    We would be able to add the same value to multiple selected people, just as it works with tags, to the data fields. And that without importing via CSV-file.

    As for now we have to open every single contact, to add the same value.
    To do this with tags we would end up with way too many tags to provide the workflow we want.

  20. List view to combine deals and contacts and track status

    I urgently require a tool similar to RelateIQ's list view for fundraising. Basically it allows to create deals in a table and track status in definable fields. That is a really awesome feature and I would hate to have to switch to RelateIQ. Is something like that on your Agenda already!
