    You should definitely be able to include links to both your Twitter and LinkedIn accounts in the email signature in Nimble’s settings by creating an HTML hyperlink to your profiles.

  2. Have a setting that will automatically unlock emails

    95% of the time our team needs to be able to see the email communication that our other team members have. Its a pain to have to manually unlock every single email. We would greatly prefer to have a setting that would automatically unlock all emails. The user could then choose to manually lock an email if it needs to be kept private.

    Thank you for writing to us.

    By default, we set all user’s emails to private to give them the option to share their emails and this setting can be changed.

    To have your team members set all of their emails to ‘Public’ have them go to Settings >> Networks & Imports and select the ‘Lock’ icon next to their email account. This will set all messages to ‘Public’.

    After taking this step, all messages will be viewable by team members.

    If your team members have any specific threads they want to leave private, select the ‘Lock’ icon on your specific message thread.

  3. Overall make Nimble SCRM more user friendly.

    I have used ACT / Sage for over ten years and Salesforce.com for over a year.

    I like Nimble for my personal CRM but would not recommend it for my business or any other business. Just not user friendly.

    Printing is options are ‘very’ poor. When creating an Activity, ‘very’ touchy, have to go and save in exact order or all will be lost. Adding notes of meeting in an ‘Activity’ even if copy / paste triple spaced, when save button pushed, crashes it all together no spacing. Difficult to add more than one guest. That’s just the beginning.

    Thank you for writing in and sharing your feedback for Nimble. We are constantly striving to make Nimble more user friendly for our users and we take every piece of feedback seriously.

    With regards to creating activities, we redesigned our task pop-up and pushed a release this past weekend because of all of the feedback we received regarding too many button clicks.

    With regards to adding notes and the save crashing, this sounds like a bug and we would appreciate it if you could email us at care@nimble.com with a screenshot and more information so we may test this issue out and fix it on the back-end.

  5. Add the ability to add a custom email signature

    I love the messaging features but there must be a way to customize the email signature - even if there was a simple text editor with the ability to upload a company logo within the signature.

  6. The ability to build custom applications on the Nimble Platform.

    Open up the platform (similar to force.com) for custom application development. Also provide the ability for website integration through custom website portals. Provide the client the ability to use Nimble as an end-end business solution rather than a point solution.

  7. have a visual, drag & drop, deals pipeline interface like Pipedrive

    Pipedrive has an interface that shows deals in columns under each stage of the pipeline . They also allow you to drag & drop deals from one stage to another on this interface. The perfect CRM for me would be the nimble contact/social manager + the pipeline deal manager.

  8. Set a contact's primary email address

    Each contact really needs to have a means to suggest a "primary" email. At the moment it appears to be random what is at the top of a list (where you have multiple emails for a contact).

    This is important as this is the email that is displayed on the contact summary page, attached to the user's name in tasks/activities and elsewhere.

    It is also important to establish what is the best way to reach someone

  9. link the Related To field in Activities to the Contact, and make a drop down

    When linking to a Deal I need to remember what I called it (or someone else). When I add a Contact in the Activity,make the Related To a drop-down of deals associated with the contact/company...simplify usage

    SHould be able to view ratings and sort contacts by ratings. Also need ability to filter contacts / companies by ratings.

  12. Create a "watch list" of contacts and an easy way of marking them to be watched

    There are certain high priority contacts I want to monitor carefully. I'd like to be able to have them all appear on one screen.

    I realise I could do this by tagging them as "watch" or something - but that's quite a slow process - many clicks needed.

    What I'd like is just a space in each contact record like the stars you have now where I could just click to add them to the watch list. Then a button or menu item to look at the watch list. That would make my workflow much simpler.

    At the current moment, you can add a tag to contacts that you would like to specify for a certain “watch list”. Then, you will be able to select all of these contacts from a tag on the Contacts tab.

  13. Deals are Failing Me

    I am managing close to 100 ACTIVE deals and about ready to stop using the DEALS feature all together due to it's limitations. (My alternative would be to use contact tags to create my own system for viewing/reporting.)

    The kinds of limitations I mean are the following:

    • An inability to sort search result views
    • No "last contacted" days count column (sortable by)
    • No Advanced search (Deal name, person, company, days since contact, active/won/lost, etc)
    • When I change deal "stage" or status and click Update, the deal list returns and the deal USUALLY still appears at the old stage and/or old…

    As of right now, we have added top-down sorting to deals.

    We have also improved search in the Deals tab. We have also added the new pipeline view to deals.

    We are currently finalizing our last contacted feature for Contacts and we will look into adding lost contacted details to Deals at a later point.

  14. Enable search by NOT variables such as "No email"

    Make a binary "Not" search in Advanced search. This would allow a user to clean up their database by looking for people / companies with missing information such as emails.

  15. can copy and paste an address

    On the contact screen, please display the contact's name, company and address so I can just copy and paste the address to use on an address label. Why do I have to copy and paste everything individually, and then add line breaks? Does no one send letters or packages any more? Thanks!

  16. For Tasks and Events, have a 'Complete and Create' option

    Most tasks and events lead to another task or event, since the objective is to 'move the prospect to the next step'.

    Therefore, as well as the 'Tick' to complete an activity, can there be a 'Tick and Plus' option, so that the current activity can be closed, and a new activity panel presented, pre-populated with contact details, so the new task/event can be created seamlessly.

    We are also adding sorting by last date of contact to Nimble’s contact lists to make it easier to keep in touch with important connections!

    WHen I click on a Person in Deal view, it brings up the contact page with the most recently used contact tab open. LOVE THIS! So intuitive and useful.

    The link at the top: << Back to List

    works well when reaching the contact from List of contacts, but when reaching the contact from Deals, it takes you back to Contacts instead of Deals.

    I'd like to see THIS at the top:

  20. Create a contact directly from new email/social interaction

    I'd like to have the ability to simply click on an email/social interaction that's not yet a contact and create a contact from it. When receiving emails from prospects or interacting with new contacts, this would allow not having to create the contact from scratch.
