    Hi,

    We will review the option of having two way data flow from MailChimp to Nimble but we do not have a timeframe for if or when we’ll improve this integration.

  3. rapportive App addition

    We love your Rapportive app. one small change ..

    a) Can we show tags along with link and contact info.
    b) Similar connects from same company ... This will be best to do so that additional connects to one company can be combined ...

    And once again thanks for this wonderful app.

    Hi,

    Thank you for writing in and sharing your kind words about Nimble! We truly appreciate having you with us as well!

    At the current moment, we do not have plans to update our Rapportive integration because we are limited by how much real estate we can currently take up within the raplet.

    If we are able to add more features such as viewing tags or similar contacts, we will definitely look into adding these to the raplet.

    As of right now, we have put this feature under review and we will update this thread in the future to share more information.

  4. Business Version: calculate total number of ongoing deals

    It would be easy to calculate total number of ongoing deals and also the success rate as some of deals come through? That would mean that you add an extra stage: successful :-)

  5. Free Nimble for single users or 5USD max per month for a single user.

    I use Nimble as a "shadow" system on work because the CRM system at work is not optimal for my needs. I love Nimble, but 15 USD per month are to expenisive as a private person. Let it be free for a single user or not more than 5 USD a month

  6. Make it easier to add contacts/companies in line while adding a deal rather than having to create the contacts/companies individually

  7. show account name in pending activity listing

    Currently it shows just the contacts. Would like to see the account (company) as well to make it useful.

  8. Please let me find people when I search for them.

    I am talking to a guy named Bryan from Intel. When I type Bryan Intel into the search box on the contacts page, I'm told that no contact can be found. I can't believe that's the case.

    Hi,

    At the current moment, our search function will not support searching on multiple values from a contact record on the same search string.

    We plan on adding this function to our search, but this will not be added to Nimble until later this year.

    For now, my best recommendation is to use the Advanced Search tool by adding two search strings:

    - Company [is] Intel
    - Name [is] Bryan

    This should bring up your contact in Nimble.

    If you are still having issues locating this contact, please email us at care@nimble.com with a screenshot of the issue and we will be able to help out.

  9. Allow delete saved contact search without having to RUN the search

    Right now, you only see the "delete" link when a search has been run. That makes deleting multiple searches quite cumbersome. Suggestion would be to add a "delete" option in the left sidebar, right next to the saved search.

  10. Deleting multiple roles and sections for monthly deals

    We currently use an excel document to track all our deals with a tab for each month, I can't see anything on Nimble that allows you to do this- by the end of the year the won section will be extremely overcrowded.

    I also noticed that there is no multiple select when it comes to deleting deals or progressing them to the next stage- it took me well over 3 hours to refresh and update our account, is it possible to add this in?

    Would be nice to have a choice of different colour schemes...the white is very glaring for myself, and would be nice to adjust

  13. add pagination to the top of the screen

    add pagination to the top of the screen and not just at the bottom so that you don't have to scroll back down to the bottom of the page after scrolling all the way up to add a tag. (In general duplicate actions at the top that are available at the bottom of lists and vice versa).

  18. Allow selective import instead of importing all contacts.

    I have a lot of contacts from a lot of sources--I don't want them all in Nimble. I want my Nimble clean and well organized. Right now it is all or nothing. What I would love is if I could see a screen with all my Facebook friends, and I could select certain ones, and import them with a specific tag. Same for other imports.

  20. adjust the program where I can type in data immediately in the first input field (also in a pop-up). Now I have to select the field first.

    When I want to type in data for a contact I first have to select a field before I can start typing. For example, when I want to add tags, I first have to select the inputfield before I can start typing.
    Saves me lots of clicks when I could start typing immediately.
