Add sort feature to all contact columns
It would be fantastic to have the option to sort contacts by lead type, lead status, and phone number.

Enable deals to be monthly recurring revenue, instead of just one time revenue events
For SaaS and other similar sales, deals are monthly recurring revenue. Some are 1 or 2 year contracts, so I could put the total deal size in as the amount, but some of those clients will cancel prior to the end of the contract. Other deals are truly month to month, so I can't guess how long they'll stay subscribed. Please create a way for users to select a recurring payment type deal & then we can use the monthly figure we'll be getting (or annual), and then reports could show lots of good info based on that. Filter by filter and tag, sort by lead
I think that the experience with nimble will greatly increase if the following options would be improved:
- filter by tag and filter
- ability to sort by lead and lead status
- fix the choice for sorting as a defaultThanks guys!

Default email font format
Every time i write a new email or reply to one I have to select the font I want to use the same font every time, instead of the Times New Roman/Serif font which the system seems to revert to by default. I want to be able to select the default font as Sans Serif Normal, and not have to repeat the process every time I send an email. The only alternative is to create template with the formatting one wants to use, but one still has to first select that template before typing.

email tracking
I like this feature but I feel it really does not work as well as it should do. For example, if I reply to a tracked email in my outlook it again shows that the email was read even though it was me. Will this feature be better streamlined in the future as I find it quite useless in it current state as it does not provide any realistic open rates. I also find it very frustrating having to go through all of my group messages to find if a person has opened my email. The other issue is that…

Integrate Nimble tasks with MS planner and MS ToDo (which are already integrated within Office 365
Integrate Nimbe tasks into MS planner and MS ToDo within MS Office 365 Online as they are integrated into teams etc and the whole O365 Ecosystem.

adding customize able invoice
can we have the ability to do invoicing in Nimble? Invoicing is a must have for most, it would be great to have this in the near future:>

At the current moment, we will not be developing any invoicing integrations internally.
When we release our developer API in Fall 2012,the likelihood of an invoicing integration with Nimble will certainly increase!

Incorporate Custom Email Stationary
Many companies use branded email stationary. Is it possible that you could incorporate this into a future upgrade?

Contacts tab - List View display more than 30 contacts

Sometimes for easy operation, could be very interesting show a little more users per page.
Nimble shows only 30 per page.
It'd be great if Nimble can show more.

For now, we are not going to show more than 30 contacts per page in Nimble.
If this feature receives an overwhelmingly large amount of votes, we will reconsider, but this is our decision for now.

display more then 25 messages at a time
when i am viewing all messages, or separate categories i want to see more then a standard 25 messages at once for bulk activities like delete..would like to have option to display 25, 50, 100, or 200 at once on same page...

For the time being, we must decline the feature request to have Nimble display more than 25 messages at a time.
At a later date, we may review this feature again, but it is not likely at this time.

Add text to tags to explain their context
Tags are great, but after a while you forget their exact meaning. You can end up with several similar tags that all mean the same thing. You can end up with tags where you haven't a clue what they are used for, especially when there are several people creating tags.
Give us the ability to add text to tags that explains what they are used for. If you hover your mouse over a tag in the main tag list the explanatory text should show up. There should be a separate 2 column view of tags that also displays the text…

End of week = Sunday; but in business terms it is better to use Friday
In Activities Scheduling I suggest to change "This Week" to be Friday EOB (end of business).
That way the reminders (Nimble daily) will include the outstanding stuff by Friday instead of being overlooked until Sunday... - where I prefer not to work too much ;-) !

Control privacy of messages in inbox
Lock symbol should be a toggle switch. I want to be able to run quickly through my messages and edit the privacy of each quickly. Clicking on the message, changing it, and then coming back to the inbox contains 2 unnecessary clicks!

Allow us to add a company on the fly while on the deal form if the entered company doesn't exist
When you type in a company that doesn't exist, allow it to be auto-created on the fly.

Add Sorting for custom fields
Sorting by a custom date or number in a custom field is a must have for me, and I think would be of great use for a lot of your customers. Why not add the ability to sort results by custom fields.
10 votesWe do not have plans to offer sorting on all custom fields at this time. We recommend exporting to CSV to sort on specific fields in Excel or another spreadsheet program.

Support request read receipt on emails
The lack of a "request read receipt" option on emails is stopping me switching fully over from Zoho to Nimble.

Search Smart Summary
Hello,
So much information is only available in the smart summary.
Being able to search the smart summary allow for better targeting.
Nimble is all about the freshness is a quality of the data.
So searching the summary is absolutely necessary.

Add Custom Fields to Email Merge Tags
It would be VERY helpful from a Sales and personalization perspective to be able to use Custom Field data in the email Merge Tags.
ex. I have a Custom Field such as "Product of Interest" or "AKA" or "Service Level" and I want to do a group personalized message to Leads about their different products of interest.
Please strongly consider this. It would be awesome and I know other CRMs have it.

Allow for other Task services in Nimble - like Toodledo
Obviously the integration with Google should allow for Google Tasks...but other Task service providers might just as well be integrated
