After i click on an engagement
after i engage a potential opportunity, there should be a check or a ENGAGED change in its appearance, it would stop double dipping

Have folders for different email boxes
I really like Nimble however the only thing that may make me cancel this service is the fact that all of the emails come to one email box. I have 4 different email addresses that I have loaded into Nimble and I would like to be able to view them separately instead of having them in one large inbox. PLEASE create an option to separate your messages from different emails into different viewable inboxes within the system.

Allow any email to be attached to any contact
I often receive emails through other email addresses that I want to associate with my contacts. I definitely do not want to associated/link all of those email accounts with nimble as that would cause a flood of messages in my nimble account. I would, however, like to be able to forward those messages to the email address I am bringing into nimble and then associate that email with a contact. Currently, this isn't possible since the email (a forward) technically comes from me. The other workaround is to copy and paste the email into messages, but that's tedious. I just…

Delete selected messages WITHOUT the "Are you sure" prompt
When I select many messages to delete (much are spam), I get "Are you sure you want to delete all selected messages?" every time, which I find irritating. Gmail does not do this, and I believe for the very reason it's irritating. (If this is supposed to protect people from themselves, then, imo, there should at least be a preference choice of one way or the other in settings.)

implement free text search
This will enable quicker searches for specific contacts, contacts who you know but can't recall the full ID details and contacts you don't know but have previously segmented via tags.
Providing a search box which can't pick up tags is pretty frustrating.

let me click-through activites
From the Activity tab, please provide an option to click-through/view activities (this feature is already available when clicking/viewing a contact from the contacts tab).

Sort activities in chronological order added (as opposed to most recently added first!)
The Add activity button (from client record view) adds activities in reverse chronological order (in other words, the most recently added activities appear first on the list from the Activity tab view). Please provide an option to add activities in standard chronological order (in other words, most recently added activities appear LAST on the list from the Activity tab view).

activity stream is totally rubbish
sorry the MAJOR reason we wanted a CRM is so we could track and assign different users tasks. but 'activities assigned to you by other users DONT show on your 'today' section or in 'activities' unless you filter by the user who made the activity. can I please see all the activity or tasks that need doing please!!?

Add the ability to display custom fields in the Contact List
Custom fields are only displayed on info tabs so if you e.g. want to add a field for e.g. availability or just some notes to contacts you have to click each individual contact in the contact list to get to this information.
You should be able to display selected fields or even just a simple multi line text field in the Contact list directly to improve searching for info or view e.g. availability of contacts at a quick glance.8 votes -
show both company and contact related to the task/event
Currently, when scheduling a task/event we can releate it to the contact or company. However, it would be beneficial that when we relate a task/event to a contact, that in the activity view, we see both the contact and the related company to the contact. It save me time and effort to remember and find the company the contact belongs to...I'm more likely to remember the company rthan a specific contact within a company.
Anyway. it would make sense that when looking at the activites I see the contact and company.

Add Next Action Date field to the Deals List.
This would allow me to see that indeed there ARE next actions for every deal, and I could sort by next action to put these in chronological order. Right now I have no easy way to ensure that each of my deals has a next action, and can't get a feel for how my pipeline is progressing over time.

Make the Notes pop up larger (scrollable)
The Notes pop-up is too small to read all the text in some notes. You cannot scroll in the pop up without Editing the Note. Please make the pop-up larger and allow scrolling.
(unless you change from the pop-up to an expandable accordian type control in the Notes pane so you can click a note to expand/collapse to read it.

User friendly print options
Quick and easy print options out of Nimble.
I would like to print my daily calendar view, then a couple weeks view. NOT user friendly.
The reason many like myself used ACT by Sage for so long is it was ‘easy’ to use, other CRM have lots of bells and whistles, some I like but please work on including the basics.

Option to turn off notifications
Nimble automatically sends a meeting invitation when you create an appointment in Nimble. There should be a way to turn this off.

Nimble Daily Email - when I click a contact can it use an existing Nimble Tab not load a new version
Nimble Daily Email is great - and the 'Engagement Opportunities are really helpful.
However when I click a contact who is now following me it triggers Nimble to load/open another instance. This is really slow and ends up with multiple tabs open.
Is there a way to use an existing tab/instance, or only open a new one for the first contact and re-use that for subsequent ones.
