  1. Integrate with Dropbox

    I think a Dropbox integration would be neat for storing documents and such. You could create a Nimble folder in your Dropbox account and then use it for storing documents to attach to messages in Dropbox.

    Hi,

    We now have an integration with Dropbox.

    To access the integration, go to a Contact in Nimble, select the paperclip “attachment” icon, and then authorize into Dropbox.

    After authorizing into Dropbox, you will see all of your files and you may select the files that you want to associate with your contact.

    Hi,

    I have great news to share! You can now specify the date format in Nimble in Settings >> My Account.

    We support date formats for US, UK, Canada, Australia, Dutch, German, and Spanish formats.

  3. Add a feature that will allow me to set a reminder to call a contact on a reoccuring basis, i.e. monthly, quarterly, etc.

    We have now completed our first iteration dashboard for Nimble, we call it the “Today Page”.

    If you sign into Nimble, you will be redirected to our new tab called “Today”. Here you’ll see information such as:

    Birthdays and Job Changes

    Your Engagement Opportunities
    - Likes, retweets, mentions, follows, and favorites from your networks.

    Upcoming Deals
    - A preview of your upcoming deals, who is involved, and the amount.

    To Do Today
    - A list of your Activities today

  6. Expand Custom Field Types

    Critical need for other field types such as: list (to assign values), date, decimal, Nimble user, number, and yes/no to be added to the custom fields. Also provide multi-value selection, such as a list field of Services can have a value of ‘installation’, the user adds another Service value such as ‘maintenance’. This multi-value will be able to be searched upon separately.

    New release of Custom field support was for text (single and multi-line fields). The FAQ clarified that Custom fields cannot be added to the existing: "Contact Info" or "Other" tab in your contact records.

  7. Add project management

    I love what Nimble does, but I would love to see some sort of project management tool. The opportunities module is similar, but I need a way to track tasks and activities based on a project level. Even better would be a way to link multiple contacts to a single project.

  8. Default email selector

    I have more than one email account linked in my nimble account. When I create a new message the system chooses the default email account (which is the first one that appears in the drop down list). But I don't want to use that one so I must remember to manually change it before sending the message. It would be nice to be able to control what email account you want to load as default.

  9. More Options for Email Signature - Insert logo, bold, italic, etc.

    Right now the signature option is very plain and doesn't allow for company logo or any editing options. It would be really great to have those options.

  10. Notes Section

    It would be nice to be able to take notes of a recent phone conversation, like the last time a cold call was made or what/when/who/where about last conversation. Allowing space for simple random notes about the account would be extremely useful. It could be displayed like "message" with time and dates.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your suggestion for adding a Notes section!

    While we don’t currently have a “Notes” section, you can select “Log Activity” on a contact record and enter your notes in the pop-up box.

    Further down the line, we will see if there are any other changes we see necessary, but this should do for now!

  11. Customize Today Page

    The Today Page should be completely customizable, from choice of widgets to filters to inform Nimble what to include inside each widget. Furthermore, once an action is completed, it should be eliminated from the Today screen (or an option to leave it crossed off).

  12. Advanced Search should allow you to search for any fields not just a few (ie: lead status)

    You may now search all fields in Advanced Search in Nimble, including “Lead Status”.

  13. Automate adding contacts from messages and communications

    It would be great if Nimble allow us to add a contact directly from a communication so when I get an email from a new contact I can use their details from the communication they have sent to make a new contact, instead of having to go and manually do it.

    You can now add a contact from an incoming email by importing their contact profile from the right side of the message.

    Hi,

    We have completed our first pass for an Instagram integration in Nimble.

    Right now you may connect your Instagram account to Nimble and manually add profiles to contact records in Nimble.

    These profile cards will show some brief profile information and a few recent photos.

    In the future, we will add the ability to import Instagram profiles, look up social profile matches, and much more. This is our first pass, so please pardon our dust!

  15. make showing tags default

    Default behaviour now is to not show tags on records. I suggest to make it show as default.

    When adding/editing tag, can the focus of the new screen be direct in the ADD TAG bit, rather than clicking in ...saves a bit of work and clicking.

    For aesthetic reasons, can the Hide Tag | Show Tag be moved to the far left next to the tags, rather than above it... and just have one button saying Hide Tags, when active and Show Tags when inactive?

  16. Group Messages

    I know I've seen this from others....but, the ability for group messages would make this product (for me) indispensable.

    Pull contacts by a tag, then the ability to deselect as well with a check box, then send message and record to that contact. No need to integrate with MailChimp.

    We have updated our advanced search – you can filter by more than one tag.

  18. Display manually entered Birthdays on Today Page and Signals Tab

    Birthdays which are entered manually to the contact profile do not show up on the Today page and Signals tab. This should be very easy and straightforward to implement, since the system already shows birthdays for facebook contacts for example.

    You asked for it, now you’ve got it! We now have the feature to add notes on a contact record!

    All you will have to do is go to a current contact and select “Log Note” to save a note to a contact record.

    Also, if you would like to log a phone call, just select “Log Activity” from a contact record and leave your phone call notes!

  20. Add tag field(s) to export

    I wanted to review the contact offline, or export to third party application and include tag data, but it's not included in the csv -- I imagine it's because there are multiple values for tag so it would be messy; but it would be pretty handy.
